Ed Namchai or Kanisorn Namchaiswadwong, from Bangkok, Thailand, is a yoga teacher, teaching in many leading yoga studios in Bangkok.
Before yoga Ed pursued sports and many exercises. So he first took yoga class in the same spirit that he had brought to dance exercise or aero boxing. As a person who exercises regularly, it was just something interesting he decided to try out. Ed did not take it with any faith that it will change his life, but it did.
