What are Chakras?

The Chakras are 7 energy centers within the human body along the spine. They each correspond to specific plexuses and organs as well as physical, energetic, emotional, intellectual, and spiritual well-being and influence all areas of your life.

Many people’s chakras are misaligned and out of balance. They are often blocked, overactive or inactive, resulting in confusion, depression, inactivity and irritation. When you start working on your chakras with special techniques like yoga poses, breathing exercises, therapeutic massage and meditation, the energy begins to flow constantly in the right direction, bringing you clarity, joy, high energy and peace.

Ed won many yoga awards in Thailand and international level. Also, he was titled ‘Champion of Champions’ from International Yoga Championship 2015 in Beijing. As a yoga champion, his wisdom of asana is discovered through his own strong practice. As an anatomy geek, Ed brings asana to life in the light of deep knowledge in human body. His class is always with high energy, experimental, informative and good fun.

Fook

Fook believes that yoga is a tool for restoring and improving health as well as providing a means of self-discovery and healing. Fook is dedicated to yin yoga and somatic fascial relaxation practice. Her class combines yoga philosophy, the philosophy of traditional Chinese medicine theories and Anatomy Trains: myofascial meridians. She integrates her skills in yoga practice, qigong, and vipassana meditation to help the students deepen and encourage a strong internal body, mind, and spirit awareness.

Terms and Conditions

1. Your retreat booking will be confirmed upon receipt of full payment and your completed booking form being submitted.
2. The retreat purchases and reservations are non-refundable after 30 days or less before the retreat begins, except in the case that a retreat does not occur. We will not be responsible for any (additional) charges incurred after cancellations without confirmation from us.
3. The retreat price excludes airfare to and from the Phuket International Airport. We will not refund money to participants who were not able to attend the retreat due to weather, cancelled flights, or other impediments to travel.
4. Participants understand that it is their responsibility to consult with a physician prior to and regarding their participation in yoga classes and yoga retreat activities.
5. In consideration of being permitted to participate in yoga retreat classes and activities, customer agrees to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries or damages, known or unknown, which they might incur as a result of participating in the program, and promise to participate with their comfort zone. In further consideration of being permitted to participate in the yoga retreat and activities the customer knowingly, voluntarily and expressly waives any claim they may have against the yoga class instructor for any injury or damages that they may sustain as a result of participating in the retreat. Customer will inform the instructor of any new injury or condition which might affect their ability to practice yoga or take part in retreat activities.
6. Suuko Wellness & Spa Resort and/or Yoga Reborn shall not be liable for any failures beyond its control. This covers natural disasters, war, ‘acts of God’, closure of airports, civil strike, accidents or failure to perform by third parties, including suppliers and subcontractors.
7. In case of proved deaths or accidents, a refund may be granted at the discretion of Yoga Reborn’s representative.
8. It is recommended that all participants have adequate medical insurance for the duration of the retreat program.
9. The student/client, related subsidiaries and their respective relations and employees, hereby release and forever discharge Yoga Reborn, Sukho Wellness Co.,Ltd, Sukho Lyfe Co.,Ltd, Sukko Spa Co.,Ltd. and its subsidiaries and affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, shareholders, agents, employees, successors and assigns, from and against all liabilities, claims, expenses, damages and losses, including legal fees (on an indemnity basis), arising out of or in connection with the consultation, advice, treatments, food and beverage consumed, services provided and/or facilities.
